Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction by managing relationships, inquiries, and issues. The role will partner with the Territory Manager to build long-term customer relationships and manage orders from start to finish.

This onsite position can be based out of Brooksville, FL or Nephi, UT locations, and requires proactive communication, warranty handling, and coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (sales or customer service).
• Bilingual in English & French preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
• Strong phone presence and ability to manage multiple calls daily.
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on open orders, statuses, delays, and other order information.
• Maintain ongoing client loyalty through proactive engagement.
• Set up new customer accounts in collaboration with outside sales.
• Resolve credit holds with accounts receivable and manage warranty communication.
• Coordinate with quoting/takeoff team to respond within 24–48 hours.
