Chico's FAS, Inc. in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Customer Specialist to create exceptional experiences and lasting relationships with customers. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment and bring strong communication, collaboration, and initiative.

You will initiate conversations, share product knowledge, and drive an omnichannel experience. This part-time role offers flexible nights, weekends, and holidays within a supportive retail culture.

Qualifications

About The Role

As a Customer Specialist, your focus is creating consistently exceptional experiences and lasting relationships with customers. This role delivers a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects Chico's culture of hospitality. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be collaborative, engaging, and take initiative.

You'll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to build strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
