KnitWell Group, operator of Chico's and sister brands, is seeking a Customer Specialist in Clinton Township, MI. You will engage customers with warmth, build relationships, and provide personalized service, supporting a welcoming store environment and brand experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Join us to help drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and participate in community events across our brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to build strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand needs and provide personalized service.
• Partner with the team to deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting Chico's hospitality.
