Aptar Italia S.P.A. seeks a Customer Specification Analyst for our NA Beauty team. Hybrid role in Cary, IL, reporting to the CS Technical Support/Master Data Manager.

You will create and verify customer specifications, select materials, and manage BOMs in SAP to support order entry and product launches. Responsibilities include data accuracy, process improvement with SAP, and training users on master data changes, while collaborating across Master Data, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in a business environment; SAP or similar ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create finished-goods Bills of Materials (BOMs) using SAP to enable order entry.
• Procure and analyze information to verify completeness and accuracy of customer specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy through coordination with Master Data, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service and Lab teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and leverage SAP to streamline processes.
• Monitor system workflow to meet processing time goals.
• Lead or coordinate problem resolution with relevant resources.
• Research viability of reactivating archived CMSR numbers and suppress records as needed.
• Coordinate material change initiatives (conversions, discontinuations, resin changes).
• Provide training and updates to users on master data initiatives.
• Produce data for multiple functions via queries and reports.
