AptarGroup, Inc. is seeking a Customer Specification Analyst for our NA Beauty division in Cary, IL. The role focuses on accurate creation of engineering specifications, selecting materials, and assembling BOMs to meet customer requirements within SAP.

You will collaborate with Master Data, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure data accuracy. Key duties include maintaining customer master data in SAP, driving process improvements, and providing data to multiple functions via

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent required.
2+ years' in a business environment.
SAP or similar closed loop ERP system experience.

Mansioni

Uses the SAP Part Create Tool to create finished-goods bills of material and any required components, enabling order entry in SAP.
Procures and analyzes information to verify completeness and accuracy of the customer specification.
Assures data accuracy to meet customer specifications through direct communications with Master Data, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service and Lab personnel.
Using independent judgement, identifies opportunities for improvement and uses SAP to streamline the process.
Monitors the progress of system workflow to assure processing time goals are achieved.
Create/maintain customer master data in SAP and support training on master data initiatives.
