Job summary

Lilly in Lebanon, IN is starting up an advanced manufacturing site and seeks a Master Data Analyst to design and govern SAP master data. You will lead data design for Material Master, BOMs, Recipes and Warehousing while helping implement the SAP system during initial startup.

The role emphasizes SOP creation, training, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain teams, offering a pathway to contribute to global data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, supply chain or related field.
• Two years of SAP experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data and data design in SAP (Material Master, BOM, Recipes, Resource, Purchasing-Info Records and Warehousing).
• Create and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Ensure global data conformance to SOPs during process or system changes.
• Serve as a key member of the SAP Implementation Project Team during greenfield startup.
• Generate OSSCE metrics and Pareto analyses.
• Troubleshoot SAP or MES issues and drive root-cause analyses.
