Parts Town is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to support pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking and returns. You will join a team delivering top-notch customer service while upholding Parts Town's high standards.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. You will handle 50-70 inbound calls daily, process requests, and collaborate with manufacturers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Comfort with a high volume of calls and emails.
• Proficient with MS Office and Internet usage.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions daily (phone and email).
• Process customer requests including order entry, status updates, pricing, and returns.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to meet needs.
