The role requires stellar communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or over-the-phone customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer literacy.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal); bilingualism is a plus.
