Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or over the phone customer service role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with computer proficiency.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic tech literacy.
• Positive, outgoing team player with excellent English communication; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions daily: about 50-70 calls and a steady stream of emails.
• Process customer requests, including order entry and status updates, part number identification, pricing and returns.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers and internal teams to meet customer needs.
