Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues; assure timely accurate resolutions.
• Asist in remake order processing in D365.
• Help lead investigations to get to root cause of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and help facilitate process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor.
• Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; demonstrate the ability to uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards.
