Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Product Information Associate III to support customers, distributors and the outside sales team with accurate, timely information. You will handle quotes, product data and contract questions, coordinating with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to ensure smooth order flow.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field, strong Excel/Word skills, and ideally ERP experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience required.
• Electrical or industry-related experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

The Product Information Associate III supports customers, distributors and the outside sales team by providing accurate, timely and quality work.

Job Requirements

• Prompt handling of all customer service requests, including but not limited to quotes, technical product information, application questions, and customer contract resolutions.
• Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and derive market intelligence.
• Ensure timely responses to customers.
• Work with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to resolve questions on orders including but not limited to pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers.
• Work with team members to meet customer’s needs.

What your background should look like

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 or more years of related work experience.
• Electrical or industry related experience is desired.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires sitting for extended periods, bending, walking, talking, and arm and finger movement.

Work Environment:

• Work performed in an office environment.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,600 - $57,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
