Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Product Information Associate III to support customers, distributors and the outside sales team by providing accurate, timely, and quality information. This role focuses on quotes, product details, and contract resolutions to help drive customer satisfaction and sales.

The position requires 2+ years of related experience, proficiency in Excel and Word, and knowledge of an ERP system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prompt handling of all customer service requests including quotes, product information, and contract resolutions.
• Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and gather market intelligence.
• Ensure timely responses to customers.
• Coordinate with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to resolve questions on orders, including pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs.

Job Overview

• Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and derive market intelligence.

• Work with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to resolve questions on orders including but not limited to pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers.
• Work with team members to meet customer’s needs.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High School, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 or more years of related work experience.
• Electrical or industry related experience is desired.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires sitting for extended periods, bending, walking, talking, and arm and finger movement.

Work Environment

• Work performed in an office environment.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,600 - $57,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
