Aruza Pest Control is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. You will help customers find solutions to pest control needs, resolve concerns, and protect relationships by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, retention, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable discussing pricing, services, and solutions with customers.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers considering canceling or discontinuing service to identify solutions.
Resolve issues related to service, scheduling, billing, pricing, and overall customer experience.
Coordinate with Branch Operations, Service, Sales, and Customer Support teams when needed.
Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in company systems.
Maintain a professional, friendly, customer-first experience on every interaction.
