Job summary

C2 GPS is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to join the career center team in Texas. The CSR will build relationships with customers to access workforce services within career centers and through referrals to community partners.

In this role, you will help job seekers achieve goals, assess needs, and connect them with job opportunities, educational resources, and resume and interview guidance while supporting a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
