• Deliver and explain estimates to homeowners.

• Provide proactive project updates and exceptional customer communication.
• Resolve issues quickly while advocating for customer and company.

Base Salary:

$55,000-$60,000 annually

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$80,000-$85,000 annually

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

From delivering estimates and explaining the process to coordinating with production teams and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, you'll help families navigate one of the most stressful events of their lives.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, project coordination, and helping customers make informed decisions.

This is an in-office position, based out of Sparks/Glencoe MD.
