Ally Financial is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative in Jacksonville to proactively assist customers with auto loan accounts. You will make outbound calls, handle inquiries, and negotiate payment arrangements with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or related industry preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to meet performance metrics.
• Contact auto-loan customers regarding late or missed payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account issues.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and systems.
• Document interactions clearly and maintain confidentiality.
• Identify loss scenarios and elevate when needed.
