Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or phone-based customer service role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with basic computer literacy.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written). If bilingual, a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet at home.
• Comfortable with handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking and returns.
• Be part of a team of Customer Solution Specialists upholding high-quality standards and going the extra mile for customers.
• Handle a high volume of inbound interactions (phone and email) and deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to meet customer needs.
