Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to support direct and indirect customers with suspension and parts solutions. You will identify products, provide quotes, enter orders, confirm deliveries, and handle RMAs.

The role supports outside sales teams and strives to meet growth targets while maintaining strong internal collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a team or customer service environment, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of

Qualifications

Associates' or Bachelor's Degree in business, customer service or related area preferred, and/or equivalent work experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years' experience in a team setting and/or customer service environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

Provide product quotes and check availability with outside sales and production.
Enter and process customer orders into the system.
Confirm order delivery and resolve schedule discrepancies.
Provide customers with part numbers, availability, and supplier contacts as needed.
Manage Return Material Authorizations per policy.
Prepare and issue credits/debits in coordination with outside sales.
