Job summary

InOutsource is seeking a Customer Solutions Integration Specialist to support and enhance client environments built on Intapp, FileTrail, and Power BI. You will design, troubleshoot, and maintain ETL processes and reporting, while working closely with customers, consultants, and developers to resolve issues and improve data quality.

You will develop and maintain custom SSRS reports and Boomi ETL integrations, enabling clients to surface critical insights and achieve better business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with developing SQL Queries.
• Experience SOAP and RESTful API usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technologies.
• Self-Starter who works under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for Intapp, iCompli, FileTrail, and Power BI; troubleshoot client inquiries.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of InOutsource’s professional services to resolve client queries.
• Diagnose technical problems and deliver timely, clear solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients; provide updates via Zendesk and ticketing processes.
• Accurately log client interactions, issues, and resolutions; update the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with developers and implementation specialists to resolve complex issues.
• Develop/Maintain SSRS reports to surface key data insights for workflows.
• Develop/Maintain ETL implementations using Boomi Enterprise for data loads and synchronization.
