Job summary

InOutsource is seeking a Customer Solutions Integration Specialist to join the Hivemind team, focusing on ETL, integrations, and reporting with Intapp, FileTrail, and Power BI. You will design, troubleshoot, and maintain data processes while helping customers optimize environments and achieve better data quality.

Work closely with customers, consultants, and developers to investigate issues, deliver effective solutions, and maximize the value of the implemented solutions for legal industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience developing SQL queries and data reports.
• Experience with SOAP/RESTful APIs and integration work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with composure under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving tech.
• Self-starter who works with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for Intapp, iCompli, FileTrail, and Power BI.
• Leverage InOutsource services to resolve client queries effectively.
• Diagnose issues and deliver timely, clear solutions.
• Communicate proactively with clients and document progress.
• Log interactions and maintain the Support Knowledge Base.
• Collaborate with developers and consultants to resolve complex issues.
• Develop/maintain SSRS reports for clients' critical data insights.
• Develop/maintain ETL implementations using Boomi Enterprise.
