The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, data accuracy, and compliance across federal and state regulations, with opportunities to leverage CRM tools and multiple systems in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM tools and common business software.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for coordinating therapy services with injured workers and providers.
• Process referrals to ensure adherence to procedures and SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Communicate case progress clearly via phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Data entry with high accuracy and timely updates across systems.
