Job summary

Bardavon Health Innovations is seeking a Customer Solutions Advocate to manage referrals to approved providers in accordance with Federal and State regulations. You will coordinate with injured workers, adjusters, case managers, therapy providers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely, accurate service.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and use CRM and company software to meet SLAs and KPIs while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
• Experience with multiple computer systems and programs.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM tools; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact coordinating therapy services with injured workers in a high-volume environment.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to injured workers, adjusters, case managers, providers, and partners.
• Process referrals to meet procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
• Provide timely case updates via phone, fax, email, CRM and internal software.
• Multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
