Job summary

Fastenal is seeking energetic, team-oriented individuals for Customer Site Warehouse Support in Export, PA. This part-time, entry-level role supports movement of product, auditing shipments, and using handheld devices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements for use of a company vehicle
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs and up to 75lbs

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site. This is an entry-level position based out of our branch located at 1004 Corporate Ln, Export, PA 15632. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating computer programs and wireless hand held devices
• Moving and handling product accurately
• Auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift
