• Assists with bank-by-mail operations.
• Issues traveler’s checks and official checks.
• Balances cash drawer at shift end; reports discrepancies.
• Keeps teller station stocked with forms and supplies.
• Cashes checks after proper verification.
• Cross-sells bank products and services.
• Receives loan and other payments and records them.
• Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds.
• Counts and packages coins and currency.
• Checks night depository bags and records information.
