Responsabilidades

• Is responsible for comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer transactions.
• Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records.
• Assists in the bank-by-mail function.
• Issues traveler’s checks and official checks.
• Balances cash drawer at the end of the shift and reports discrepancies.
• Ensures teller station is stocked with forms and supplies.
• Cashes checks from various accounts with proper verification.
• Cross-sells financial institution services.
• Receives loan and other payments ensuring balance accuracy; enters payments into computer.
• Places hold on accounts for uncollected funds.
• Counts, checks and packages coins and currency.
• Checks night depository bags and records information on forms.
