Job summary

Stepan Company is hiring a Customer Services Team Lead at our Northbrook, IL headquarters location. You will lead daily operations of the customer service team to meet service and financial goals and drive continuous improvement across processes and metrics.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, implementing processes, and driving IT system improvements to support efficient product delivery and exceptional customer experiences. APICS certification is required, with 3+ years of experience.

• 3+ years applicable experience required, 6+ years preferred
• APICS Certification required

Pay Range: $77,300 - $115,460

The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
