Stepan Company is hiring an Asset Manager - Polymers at our Northbrook, IL location. This role owns Profit and Loss for assigned assets and product lines and drives profitability through operations, energy management, inventory and network optimization.
Candidates should have 5+ years of related business experience (8+ preferred), a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong analytical, project management and cross-functional leadership skills within a matrixed environment.

Pay Range: $123,000 - $166,000
The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
