This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience for District customers and the public. As a key first point of contact, you will assist customers with questions, provide information about District services, support retail billing and payment activities, update customer information, research routine customer concerns, and help ensure customers are connected with the right resources.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing professional, responsive, and courteous service.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to remain professional and helpful when assisting customers who may be confused or upset.
Minimum Qualifications:
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position working regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, answering questions, solving everyday customer issues, and helping provide a positive customer experience while supporting the daily operations of Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District.
