Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a front desk representative in Papillion, NE. You will greet members, assist with scheduling and billing, and promote memberships while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates are energetic, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision. Training is provided, and the role supports a positive, family-friendly environment at our Sarpy County location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to Goldfish Swim School members.
• Assist with class scheduling and billing; handle face-to-face, phone, and email inquiries.
• Promote and sell new memberships in a sales-oriented role.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility; ensure supplies are stocked.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
• Assist with class scheduling and billing
  • Face to face
  • Phone
  • Emails
• Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships
• General upkeep of the facility
  • Disinfecting common areas
  • Routine basic cleaning
  • Making sure all facility supplies are stocked
