Responsibilities

• Answer telephone lines and customer emails; provide general assistance.
• Review and promote service requests submitted by customers.

• Enter, verify and retrieve data; operate standard office equipment.
• Coordinate technician service calls and monitor progress; close tickets.
• Maintain equipment movement and service records; communicate priorities to technicians.
