Job summary

Fresh & Ready Foods in Renton, WA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Assistant to support our call center and work order management teams. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $25.00 per hour and a schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with days varying.

Online applications are accepted only, and prior order processing experience is preferred. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, manage service requests, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing reports and materials.

Qualifications

• Previous order processing experience preferred.
• Experience handling corrections and special orders.
• Experience with customer onboarding and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone, respond to customer emails, and provide general assistance.
• Review and promote service requests submitted by customers.
• Provide clerical support; maintain files and records.
• Prepare routine correspondence, forms and other documents.
• Collect, verify, retrieve and enter data.
• Operate standard office equipment.
• Complete project assignments.
• Assist in preparing and proofreading materials for reports and other publications.
• Interact effectively with staff, students and faculty while conducting daily workplace duties.
• Communicate with customers to complete work in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
