Warehouse-Specialists, LLC seeks a Customer Service Window Clerk in Garland, TX. The role handles calls, emails, and in-person service, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and assisting warehouse staff, customers, and truck drivers. Hours are Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Excellent respectful communication with customers and employees.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, voicemails and emails promptly and professionally.
• Enter data accurately and timely as required.
• Prioritize and balance multiple tasks; double-check orders on docks.
• Support warehouse staff, customers and truck drivers as needed.
