Job summary

Warehouse Specialists, Inc. in Garland, TX is hiring a Customer Service Window Clerk for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle phone, email, and service-window inquiries, support warehouse staff and truck drivers, and report to the Warehouse Manager.

Hours are Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. You must excel at communication, data entry, and basic MS Office tasks, with preferred knowledge of SAP and WMS. Benefits and growth potential are available.

Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Window Clerk. In this position, you will be responsible for customer service on the phone, through email and at the service window. This full-time hourly position will report to the Warehouse Manager and be primarily responsible for establishing assisting in the needs of the warehouse staff, customers and truck drivers. Hours are Monday- Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Answer phones, voicemails and emails in a professional prompt manner
• Have working knowledge of the company and customer computer systems

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong attention to detail
• Working understanding of Microsoft office, WMS, SAP, and Excel

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk, typing on a computer, and talking on the phone
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
• Ability to repetitively twist or turn; stand, climb, kneel, stoop and squat, as needed
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow dress code guided by the company
