Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is stocked and warehouse kept clean and safe.
• Process customer orders via phone, email, or in person with excellent service.
• Provide product knowledge, MSDS information, and hazard identification to customers.
• Move stock, receive freight, and assist with inventory counting and shipping duties.
• Address customer concerns or complaints and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promote safety across branches.
