Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales transactions, and handle material movements including receiving, loading, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Assist customers, process orders, and complete sales transactions.
• Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, stock checks and inventory checks.
• Operate crane forklift equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
• Prepare daily sales reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and order issues.
