Job summary

Dal-Tile in Orlando, part of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales, and perform material handling tasks including receiving, loading, and order assembly. Daily forklift/ crane operations may be required.

You will perform inventory checks, process payments, and help maintain a safe, organized facility. HS diploma and 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.
• Crane or forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and complete sales transactions.
• Handle material receiving, loading/unloading, and order assembly.
• Operate forklift/crane equipment as needed.
• Perform stock replenishment, inventory checks, and banking tasks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
