Job summary

AHF Products in Silverthorne, CO is seeking a CSR/Warehouse Associate. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support sales activities, greet customers, process orders, and coordinate deliveries and inventory tasks.

The role requires high school diploma, forklift certification or willingness to obtain, and the ability to work overtime. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

Shift: 7:30-4:30 with a 1-hour meal break. While this is the standard schedule, some flexibility with days and hours may be available.

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a CSR/Warehouse Associate to be located in Silverthorne, CO. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the CSR/Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day sales activities of the branch.

Job Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.


• Greet customers, answer phones, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.


• Process customer orders accurately and maintain order status updates.


• Communicate order status, ETAs, and delivery information to customers.


• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.


• Coordinate with sales representatives, managers, and team members.


• Schedule deliveries and complete assigned projects and administrative tasks.


• Process shipping, receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counts, and related documentation.


• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize stock, and operate material-handling equipment as needed.


• Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.


• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Forklift certification or willing to obtain certification.


• Distribution environment experience preferred.


• Good basic math skills (including ability to take accurate measurements).


• Proficient with Windows based computer applications.


• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
