Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to deliver a best-in-class service and to maximise upselling opportunities. You will handle enquiries by phone, email, and website requests, guiding an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback and building strong relationships with regular customers.

The role requires exceptional communication, a flexible and proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly operational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role with order/sales enquiries.
• Experience in hire or construction industry advantageous but not essential.
• Strong product knowledge and excellent communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service while using product knowledge to upsell and improve outcomes.
• Handle customer contacts via telephone, email and website requests, managing the journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Build relationships with regular customers and take initiative to ensure high standards of accuracy and satisfaction.
