Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and routine customer service tasks.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend products or solutions.
• Open basic deposit accounts and assist with electronic banking inquiries.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Provide high level service to customers, coworkers and team members.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures including security and compliance.
• Participate in training programs on sales, service, compliance and product knowledge.
• May float to another local branch to cover staffing.
