Job summary

Citizens National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Teller) in a full-time branch role. The CSR will handle transactions, provide exceptional service, and make referrals to appropriate bank areas to help customers achieve financial goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. Prior cash handling or sales experience is preferred and may include Saturdays depending on branch hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, official checks, money orders and credit card advances.
• Refers customers to the appropriate areas of the bank.
• Safeguards the bank’s assets by efficiently operating a cash drawer per bank policies and procedures.
• Assists with duties such as maintaining the vault or ATM, and preparing daily reports.
• Keeps updated on regulations, policies, procedures and product knowledge.
