Job summary

stbancorp is seeking a customer service associate to operate the branch window, handle deposits, withdrawals and payments, and promote banking products. You will balance the cash drawer daily, verify endorsements, and assist customers with a variety of transactions while following bank policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• One to two years of general experience and retail training completion.
• Strong customer service and basic cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates a customer service window handling deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Balances cash drawer daily and supports ATM balancing where applicable.
• Promotes bank products, answers banking questions and guides customers to appropriate services.
• Maintains accuracy and follows bank policies to protect customers and the bank.
• Attends training sessions and performs additional duties as required.
