Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year retail experience with at least six months supervisory experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Leader on Duty and supervise store operations to ensure safety, sales, and standards.
• Assist with supervising employees and monitoring cash handling and deposits.
• Address customer concerns and maintain a neat, clean, and safe store environment.
• Contribute to inventory, reporting, and coordination with store leadership as needed.
