Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee order-entry processes within the CSC, ensuring compliance with management procedures and accuracy in patient orders. You will assist the Customer Service Supervisor, train new staff, monitor order flow, and handle order corrections, while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Computer entry experience.
• Ability to read and analyze orders.
• Familiarity with pharmacy terminology if applicable.
• Strong communication with coworkers and patients.
• Ability to train employees as needed.
• Ability to calculate figures for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to enforce disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising all Customer Service personnel.
• Participate in training of Customer Service staff including new hires.
• Monitor flow of orders to and from the CSC.
• Delete, correct, or re-enter patient orders as needed.
• Monitor phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques.
