Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Service Team Lead at our Kenosha, WI location. Pay is $33–$38 per hour with strong growth and earning potential as you coach reps and drive customer satisfaction.

Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives, develop product knowledge, monitor quality, and provide coaching, performance reviews and process improvements to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Review interactions to evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements to increase efficiency and satisfaction.
• Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly support.
