AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking an energetic Customer Service Attendant Supervisor to lead a team at multiple accounts. You will train staff, recruit for positions, review inventories, and ensure service excellence.

The role emphasizes cost control, reporting, and collaboration with operations managers. Candidates should be able to travel between accounts and manage timecards, while upholding safety standards and a family-oriented culture.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Interview applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions.
• Review inventory and waste levels; make recommendations.
• Prepare Inventory Report Card evaluations and discuss with team.
• Complete monthly inventory action plans.
• Generate reports for management to ensure profitability.
• Verify and sign off on timecards.
• Visit accounts and meet with account representatives.
• Lead projects assigned by managers.
