Job summary

Wisconsin Public Service Corp., a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks a Customer Service Supervisor located in Oshkosh, Sturgeon Bay or Two Rivers, WI. The role supports teams across Oshkosh, Sturgeon Bay, Two Rivers and Sheboygan with weekly travel.

You will lead a team of Customer Service Consultants, Designers and Operations Clerks to deliver proactive service for gas and electric customers, coach staff, set annual goals, and drive strong customer loyalty; on-call hours are part of rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field, or 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of customer service experience with strong leadership and communication.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer service leadership to drive satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, counseling, discipline, training and development to team.
• Establish performance management and development plans annually.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Provide strategic leadership to relationships with customers and communities.
• Work with Area Management to ensure needs are met and high-quality service.
• Create an environment for proactive service to customers and communities.
• Lead the team to be customer advocates.
• Rotation for on call/off hours response.
