Customer Service Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Location: Los Angeles area

Company: Seven Staffing Solutions

Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year (based on skills and experience)

This is a full-time, on-site position offering long-term stability and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and support daily operations of the customer service team
  2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Manage EDI reports and order workflows
  4. Coordinate with production to ensure order fulfillment
  5. Troubleshoot issues and maintain high service standards
