Shift: A.M. shift, P.M. shift

Requirements and Description

The Unifi Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees during their shifts to ensure safety and efficiency. Supervisors ensure that customer service staff provide excellent service, acting as the first point of contact for customers. This role involves direct customer interaction, requiring friendliness, outgoing personality, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations in accordance with OSHA/TSA/DOT/FAA, company policies, and laws.
  • Manage shift operations, including workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and shift rotations.
  • Enforce company policies, handle disciplinary actions, and promote equal employment opportunity and professional conduct.
  • Communicate issues to management.
  • Conduct shift meetings.
  • Perform passenger assistance duties, including check-in, special needs support, ticketing, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and complaint resolution.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Pre-requisites
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to pass background check up to 10 years
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Complete SIDA training for airport security

Working Conditions
Work Schedule

Flexibility required for various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Operates in a shift bid environment.

Work Environment

Must be alert to moving vehicles and aircraft, use radio equipment, and tolerate outdoor weather conditions, noise, fumes, dirt, and dust.

Physical Demands
  • Lift/carry/push/pull items over 70 pounds regularly
  • Frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping
  • Work in high or cramped spaces
  • Carry heavy items on jetways

Supervise Customer Service Agents and Leads.
