Join us as a Customer Service Supervisor at Hanger, Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Salt Lake City-based team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal departments to meet service goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the customer service team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members; identify staffing needs.
  • Monitor KPIs, handle escalated issues, and ensure timely order processing and customer communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and education teams and support special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of customer service or inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with durable medical equipment, orthotics, and prosthetics.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
