CL&D has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor, in Oconomowoc, WI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a high-performing customer service team.
  • Support customer accounts with issue resolution and exceptional service.
  • Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve service metrics like response times and satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries on pricing, quality, and technical concerns.
  • Assist with product launches and design changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct training, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure high-quality team output and professional development.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Services, Operations, and department managers.
  • Analyze and report on customer service performance and account trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years in customer service and leadership, ideally in manufacturing or printing.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze order data and communicate financial and operational insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
